1.1: The layout of the Sakari Infinity web site, along with all features including images, themes, functionality, and ideas are intellectual property of author David Schooley. The use of said layout and features is strictly prohibited without written permission from the author. Any violation of this prohibition will be prosecuted in the United States court of law.
2. Downloads
2.1: Any individual MP3 download whose author or poster is not illustrationism is intellectual property of the author or poster, and is assumed to be copyrighted to that author or poster. However, Sakari Infinity makes no claim or promise that the aforementioned individual MP3 download is in fact copyrighted to its author or poster. Any inquiries as to legal ownership of said MP3 download must be addressed to the author or poster, as provided by Sakari Infinity; Sakari Infinity is not responsible for such inquiries, nor is it liable for false information provided to it by an author or poster. These individual MP3 downloads are not available for distribution.
2.2: Any individual MP3 download whose author or poster is illustrationism is registered in the United States Copyright Office to and is property of David Schooley, and is prohibited from commercial use. These individual MP3 downloads are not available for distribution.

3.1: Any album (group of MP3s) and included files whose individual MP3 downloads are of the same author or poster, unless otherwise stated on the download page on Sakari Infinity, are intellectual property of the author or poster, as provided by Sakari Infinity. However, Sakari Infinity makes no claim or promise that the aforementioned album is in fact copyrighted to its author or poster. 4. Parties and Terms
“Sakari Infinity”, as used in these policies, refers the web site http://www.sakari-infinity.net when referred to as a web site, and to David Schooley, and all staff members: Joseph Aleman, Dave O’Boyle, Alex Roode, and Kenneth Daniels, when referred to as a person or persons.
“Commercial use”, as used in these policies, means any use of the item in question that will directly result in a profit, be it within or outside the United States of America.
“Distribution”, as used in these policies, means uploading the item in question to a web site other than http://www.sakari-infinity.net, or distributing it via other means such as email, FTP, application file transfer, bit torrent, or other file sharing applications without explicit permission from the author or poster, as provided by Sakari Infinity.
